Kevin Pohler serves as a board member of Spring Valley Acquisition Corp II. Mr. Pohler is a Vice President of Pearl, where he concentrates on investment strategy and sourcing, transaction due diligence and execution, monitoring portfolio companies and investor relations. Prior to joining Pearl in 2015, Mr. Pohler was an Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Group in New York. Mr. Pohler received a B.A. in Economics with honors from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
